About the project

(Mar 2014 – Oct 2016). b2b SaaS platform for footfall traffic analysis at Malls and Retail spaces.

KPIs includes: Visitors, Time, Engagement, Loyalty, Uniques, Returns, Sales, Cheques, Queues and others key metrics for Mall space attendance.

My Role

UI, UX, Complex Interfaces, Brand, Research, Presentations.

I worked as UI/UX Designer. One of my task was to manage the user experience, to visualize data with the meaning and to gain Insights in order to bring Competitive Advantages.

I almost forgot that I helped a friend of mine, Kristina Evstigneeva (Head of Marketing @ Focus Technologies), in 2018 and designed this exhibition space and printed materials for Watcom Group. She was on maternity leave by that time so I couldn’t refuse and helped her with this one last project.

By the end of 2015 we structured feedbacks 👀 gathered from key clients and then composed custom builds based on Roles (👨‍👨‍👧‍👦 Personas). Check this early version of analytics for the ‘Malls Territorial Manager’ Role.
